Manufactured 1905. Special order 26" barrel in .25-20. Features full octagon barrel and magazine, buckhorn rear sight, post front sight, blue finish, walnut stocks, rifle butt plate. CONDITION: Excellent. Barrel has sharp legends and edges, about 80% blue drifting brown with scattered age freckling. The tube is about the same, but the rifle was dropped, and the tip is dented and appears filed. Frame is basically patina with flashes of blue. Stock has usual dings with much original varnish and proud to metal. Rifling is defined but dull with abrasions. Action is crisp.
