Manufactured 1951. 2 - 3/4" chamber, Modified choke, 13 - 7/8" LOP. High condition standard late Model 1897 takedown, blue finish, flat bottom grooved forarm, fluted plain pistol grip walnut stock with black Winchester butt plate. CONDITION: There is a bit of wear on tube and slide bar. Retains 98% blue showing very little wear. Wood is excellent with just minor handling. Action is crisp. Barrel legends are sharp. Bore is bright. Hard to find a much nicer 1897 shotgun.
