Manufactured 1948. Top of the line heavy barrel, bolt action .22 target rifle. Blue finish. No barrel sights but has three mounted scope blocks including the forward block for front sight. There is a left side mounted peep sight base for the enclosed Lyman 525 target peep sight along with the slide on Lyman 77h globe front sight. Plain pistol grip walnut stock has swivels along with extra swivel on adjustable under rail and factory finely checkered steel butt plate. Comes in a home made wood carry case and with two magazines, both stamped "Winchester". CONDITION. Excellent. Wood has few light impressions and couple of handling marks on metal. Bright bore.
