MFG. 1903. This is a standard US issue six shot 38 long Colt double action revolver. Butt is stamped US ARMY MODEL 1903. Frame, barrel and cylinder have the RAC Renaldo Carr inspector stamps. Also features standard civilian gutta percha Colt grips and a lanyard ring. Entire gun has been aftermarket nickel plated. CONDITION. Very good. Retains nearly all of the nickel plating but there is some finish bubbling on cylinder & frame, some clouding, a few freckles but legends are all legible. Grips are excellent but not correct for the military model. Action is crisp. Bore is strong with light residue.
