Manufactured in 1939 in classic configuration throughout. Left side of slide is marked with typically seen model and manufacture information. Right side of slide is marked with "(crown) / N" proof which matches proof mark on barrel. Mounted with 2 piece checkered plastic factory grips. Accompanied by a previous Gunbroker description listing this pistol as originally brought back by a US Navy Veteran in 1946. CONDITION: Good. Mechanically fine. Bore is bright with sharp rifling.
