12 Ga. 3" Chamber. removeable choke tubes, LOP 14.5" "This classic-style double-barreled shotgun was introduced in 2002. They are actually manufactured by the Spanish firm of Zabala, and sold by Weatherby. The Athena Side-by-Side features a slender English-style stock with a straight wrist (checkered with matching splinter forearm) made of excellent quality Turkish walnut, oil finished and polished by hand. Locking is of the Anson & Deeley type, with actual side locks and plates. The breech is tempered steel and the firing pins are fitted with coiled springs. The weapon has a single trigger. The breech has automatic ejectors, and these are selective so that only spent spells are ejected. The (case color ) side plates are engraved with rosettes. The Athena Side-by-Side has a Briley IMC interchangeable choke system. (includes one installed set of chokes) " FACTORY INFO. This gun has a solid black rubber recoil pad. CONDITION. Excellent. There are a couple of rubs on the frame but brilliant case colors. Stock has some light impressions. Barrel has a few handling marks. Action is tight. Bores are bright.
