Manufactured circa 1891. Features include steel bead front sight, Demascus steel barrels, non-automatic safety, double triggers, additional set of 12 gauge barrels (serial numbered 101834), 2 piece checkered walnut forearm and straight grip stock with added red rubber recoil pad. Factory engraved in full coverage on frame with tight scrollwork, and game scene vignettes of a dog in a forest on right and left frame flat, a pointer on trigger guard, a dog with rabbit on bottom flat, a pheasant on bottom round, a duck on right fence, and a quail on left fence. Accompanied by Winchester Parker Reproduction partitioned case for a 2 barrel set. Mentioned by serial number on page 240 of "PARKER GUN IDENTIFICATION & SERIALIZATION" as an AH Grade gun with 0 ordered extras, straight grip stock, and 10 Gauge 30" barrels. CONDITION: Very good with barrel (A) retaining defined Demascus patterning throughout. Barrel (B) is turned a brown patina. Frame has been cleaned to a gray patina with engraving sharp. Stock and forearm have been lightly sanded and finish added with no major signs of distress. Mechanically fine. Bores are bright and smooth in barrel set (A). Barrel set (B) bores are lightly frosted. Case is excellent.
