It is not marked, but possibly Corett or Ernest Plank. It has four unusual gondola-type cars that go up and down ramps as they go around the base. It comes with 12 original composition figures, which are men and women. It looks to have the original bells and chains. There are nice decals on the base, which show children playing. The mechanism does work sporadically. There is some paint loss on the top dome, the trap base and gondolas.
CORRECTION: Possibly Carette not Corett.
