This pair have Damascus multi-groove rifled screw barrels with removal lugs on bottoms. Case hardened scalloped boxlock actions marked with "ELG9 (star)" denoting their Liege manufacture. Bar hammers located on right sides and operable only by inserting a pin through the loop on the hammers in order to cock them. The folding triggers then pop out. Actions are engraved, and tops feature a gold inlaid cartouche in an oval "LEPAGE / A PARIS". Ebony bag grips with carved panels behind actions. Housed in a wooden case with green wool French fitted interior with single lidded compartment. Accessories include brass flask, casehardened barrel removal/nipple removal/bullet mold combination tool, rosewood handled nipple removal tool, wooden nipple container, contemporary ring device with pin for cocking and case key. CONDITION: Pistols retain much of fading Damascus and casehardened finishes, showing some wear. actions are tight and function well. Grips show some scattered dents and marks from use. Case exterior very good, Interior shows some fading and wear. Accessories very good.
