A lovely pair of menuki, mumei, depicting camellia flowers in gold amongst shakudo florals, with a golden grasshopper and a beetle (?) with long antenna. In a kiri box. Each approximately 4cm long. Writing in lid attributes the work to Mino Goto. CONDITION: Very good with some minor rubs, nicely executed with good detail. Cloth in kiri box is slightly torn under left menuki.
