Considered one of the best pioneers of custom knife making, Bill Cronk crafted knives for 20 years from 1963-1983. This knife is a wonderful W. W. "Bud" Cronk Vietnam War era fighter with a 6 - 3/4" clip point blade and an overall length of 11 - 1/2". The blade retains its original mirror polished sheen and is marked "W.W. / CORNK" on the ricasso. Naval brass sub hilt and pommel with a ringed rubber grip. Brass exhibits a pleasing patina throughout with handling wear to the grip as well as 1 small chip that is only noticeable up close. The knife is secured in a padded storage pouch, and does not have a scabbard. CONDITION: Very good.
