This is a superb and ornate push dagger with a gorgeous mirror finish 4" blade marked "Towell" for knife maker Dwight Towell, whose knives rarely come to market and have increased in desirability after the renowned maker's passing. The handle is made of presentation grade desert ironwood inlaid with abalone and gold wire. Minor handling wear to grip. Elegant pearl escutcheons compliment each side. The nickel silver scabbard also exhibits a pearl escutcheon with a belt clip on the reverse side. The scabbard remains bright with scattered scratches with functioning belt clip. CONDITION: Very good.
