A fine example of a semi-skinner crafted by renowned knife maker Robert "Bob" Loveless. The knife features a 3 - 5/8" blade marked "R.W. LOVELESS / maker / Riverside, Calif." on each side with Loveless' signature double nude logo. Blade remains bright with scattered light blemishes. Long bolster. Stag grip scales with stainless guard and ferrule with lanyard loop. Grip scales remain intact with no major damage. Complete with its brown leather scabbard that is also marked by Loveless on the throat. Scabbard is marked "A.K.3" just beneath the belt loop. Tight stitching with scattered light blemishes. Signed by Loveless on the front. Consigner states that this knife was produced for the Art Knife Invitational Show in San Diego, California. Bob would take only his best premier knives to this extremely exclusive show. CONDITION: Very good.
