Box has the Custom Gun Shop label that reads "Serial Number 4-35, SAA Sheriffs Model, .45/c, 3 1/2" bbl. "Master Engraving w/Gold Inlays, Checkered Ivory." This piece is a thing of beauty. The trigger guard, back strap and ejector rod are gold plated. The revolver is a high polish full blue finish with fluted cylinder. The frame, barrel, hammer and cylinder are outlined in gold. There is a gold banner around the left side Colt barrel legend which is also gold filled. The cylinder has six gold filled Fleur dis Lis inlays. The loading gate has gold handcuff inlays. The barrel, frame, cylinder, hammer and back strap feature Bank Note scroll. There is additional engraving on the trigger guard and front sight blade. The two piece ivory grips feature the checkered Fleur dis Lis pattern as well. Right side of frame, in gold, stamped 1 of 35. Comes with original matching box and paperwork. CONDITION: As new, unfired. This is one of the finest factory decorated Sheriff Model single actions to ever come out of the Colt shop. Stunning.
