Two Gallon Can. C. 1940's. Penn State Oil Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. CONDITION: Can is overall fair showing good color with moderate to heavy spotting in the outer fields as well as some areas of light denting and surface scratching. Can shows original lid and carrying handle.
