Celluloid Over Cardboard. A stunning example of this C. 1940's celluloid over cardboard conversion chart sign for Whitey Chains. CONDITION: The celluloid face of this sign remains in wonderful condition with great color and graphic. The extreme outer edges show minor wear and discoloration, but this is hidden well by the dark blue border. A clean a desirable example.
