American. Orange coat driver variation without waves. Embossed "Static" on both sides of front and "Johnson" decal on rear of motor. Original metal flapper on bottom and black rubber tires over steel disc wheels. Part of rubber missing from one wheel and some minor paint loss and chipping throughout.

CORRECTION – Has repainted figure.
