Lot consists of (A) Imperial German degen with etched motto at the center of the blade. Ricasso is marked "W.K.&C." with king head and knight head marks. Blade remains bright, hilt exhibits a dark patina and scabbard exhibits a heavy patina. (B) Imperial German M1898 GEW 98 Bayonet marked "C.G. HAENEL / SUHL" and dated "06" on the spine. Guard is unit marked "B.18.R.5.219." Gray patina throughout with intact grip scales. Scabbard is missing most of its black paint with a chocolate patina. (C) Fighting knife with spearpoint blade and loosely fitting scabbard. Wood grip scales are carved with "YPRES" and "VERDUN". (D) German boot knife with cosmoline covered blade and dark patina throughout. Scabbard with heavy wear. CONDITION: Fair-good.
