C. 1880. Painted with marine scene of sailing ships by Henry Rhead, brother of Frederick Rhead. Artist monogram "HR" incised under glaze in the lower-right corner of the scene. Marked "No 56," "TJWCo" on underside. Condition: Good condition, some flaking and chips to base.
