Ladies' antique 18k white gold sapphire and diamond bracelet consisting of 30 round faceted synthetic blue sapphire graduating in size from 4mm to 5mm, and 135 mixed round and baguette cut natural diamonds with an estimated total weight of 3.00cts. Sapphires exhibit light surface abrasions and flea bite chips to edges of table facets. Unmarked, untested. Length measures 6-3/4" when clasped. Gross weight is 26.5 grams.
