This 1917 chamber dated DWM pistol was reconditioned and issued to the East German police. The barrel is not numbered and toggle number is x'ed out. Wears the East German Police (Vopos) black plastic grips. The alloy base magazine matches the frame serial number. Balance of visible numbers other than those noted, are matching. Right side of frame retains the four German proof / acceptance marks. The entire gun including small parts were arsenal reblued. CONDITION. Excellent as rebuilt retaining the majority of that finish. The barrel is stamped with importers mark. This pistol comes with an extra magazine, barrel and some small parts.
