Lot consists of 2 Type 2 Philippine Constabulary Mills Belts. The belts are constructed of canvas and are fitted with 2-piece tongue-and-wreath buckles. These web belts are scarcer than Type 1 belts and buckles. The Mills made buckles are a flatter style with standard letters “P.C.” on the tongue. These are usually found as sword belts with the original web material but some photographs show these with leather belts. It is unknown if Mills furnished any of these in leather and they may have been converted to leather belts at the arsenals. (A) Olive green web belt with stamped numbers on reverse interior. Buckle with scattered scratches and other blemishes with a pleasing patina. Belt with scattered stains. CONDITION: Good. (B) Tan web belt with stamped numbers on reverse interior. Buckle with light blemishes and a nice moderate patina. Scattered stains on belt. CONDITION: Good.
