AGS CERTIFIED #11599. One Quart Can. C. 1930's. The White & Bailey Company, Worcester, Massachusetts. CONDITION: Can shows excellent color throughout with minimal surface blemishes in the inner field and shows some minor paint wear in the outer field. Can shows wear at the rims with minor discoloration. Can is dent free with a solder seam with both lids intact, empty. A rare quart variation from Oilzum.
