DSP. Maker Marked "M-9-40." A nice example of this C. 1940's double sided porcelain sign from Goodyear Tires featuring the iconic company logos. CONDITION: Side 1 retains nice color and shine in the field. There is one quarter-sized chip in the lower field, as well as, porcelain loss around the mounting holes. These chipped areas have been nicely touched up at some point in the past. The outer edges show light wear as well (8.0). Side 2 remains in similar condition with porcelain loss and touch up surrounding the mounting holes and extending outward. There is some oxidation staining to the gloss below the mounting holes as well. The outer edges show minor chipping and wear (7.5).
This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
