C. 1930. The Buckley Manufacturing Co. Chicago, IL. This beautiful art deco arcade digger is in repainted condition. With its iconic art deco styling, the Buckley Digger is a well built arcade machine with heavy nickel castings and well engineered mechanical operation. Unlike the arcade diggers of today, where the target audience is children, the diggers of this age were marketed to adults with prizes often including camera, binoculars, cast statues, etc. CONDITION: It shows new paint with new plated castings in an ebony case. It has light wear from use and transportation. A most sought after digger.
