This penny arcade souvenir stamper was made by the Roover Bros. Manufacturing Co. out of NYC. CONDITION: It shows an older restoration. It has a new finish to the wood cabinet, copper flash to the legs and marquee with aged paper. It comes with a selection of material to make the number plates, tags and labels. It is in full operational condition.
