SSP. Absolutely spectacular new old stock c. 1950s Gulf Solar Heat Heating Oils porcelain sign, completed with the Markos Oil Company privilege panel accessory sign and original wooden crate. CONDITION: Sign has spectacular color and gloss throughout the field, with only very minor surface scratches to note. The most significant damage to the piece are a couple of minor chips on the added Markos Oil Company porcelain panel, and those are limited to the extreme outer edge of the right-hand corner. The outer edges of this sign have a couple minor porcelain chips and minor staining, none of which distract from the display power of the piece. Overall, an absolutely tremendous new old stock example, complete with the original Ingram Richardson wooden crate.
