Manufactured 1952. Full length Mannlicher checkered walnut stock with straight comb, black grip cap and butt plate, and swivels. Barrel sports a ramp front sight and folding leaf rear sight, fit with a vintage Lyman Challenger scope with standard crosshair reticle on Williams adjustable mounts. Also features double set triggers, butter knife bolt handle, blue finish. Floor plate has the Stoeger Arms, New York legend. Chamber legends "MADE IN AUSTRIA ORIGINAL MANNLICHER SCHOENAUER 1952 7X57". It is rare for these to be chambered in 7x57 Mauser. CONDITION. Excellent. Metal retains nearly 95% of its factory blue finish with some touches of high edge wear and some handling marks. The floor plate has high edge wear. Stock shows some scattered impressions. Bore is bright. Triggers only fire when set, front trigger does not work on its own. The scope has a few finish scratches.
