The right bore is rifled and the left is smooth. The rifle bore measures 20 gauge while smoothbore is a 16. A 20 bore rifle is approximately 15.63 mm or .62 bore. This cape gun has the name "Siegel" on top barrel flat. Both front and rear sights are wind drift adjustable only. The barrels are Damascus. This rifle features game scene engraved frames and back action locks with exposed hammers. It is an underlever barrel release with double triggers. The engraved trigger guard has a horn grip. The steel butt plate is border engraved and the barrel release is also engraved. The straight comb walnut stock is checkered with a roll over cheek piece and swivels. The splinter forearm is not checkered. The tang features a fold-down flush-mounted peep sight. CONDITION: Excellent. The browned barrels are homogenous with visible pattern showing some age freckling. The frame, locks, and other components are a soft grey with sharp engraving.
