The earliest M40 pistols was produced by Rosenfors Bruk but switched to Husqvarna soon after production started. The first m/40s were issued to Swedish troops in early 1943. These weapons feature brushed blue finish and brown plastic monogramed grips. Gun has matching serial numbers with Husqvarna legend on left side of frame. Right side is marked "Made in Sweden". Pistol comes with two 8-round magazine, holster, cleaning rod and loading tool. CONDITION: Excellent. This gun retains virtually all of the original blue finish with just some light handling and a bit of patina on base near magazine and some light muzzle wear. Legends are crisp. Bore is bright.
