MFG. 1941. Standard carbine with two barrel bands, hooded ramp front sight, Winchester sporting rear sight, blue finish, non-fluted walnut stock, metal shotgun butt plate, long wood forearm. Has proper barrel legend on left side of barrel with 30 WCF. The tang legend no longer states Model. CONDITION. Excellent. Barrel retains a blue drifting gray appearance. Tube retains most of the original blue. Both show some handling marks with wear at the muzzle Barrel bands are thin at high spots. The frame retains most of the bright blue but is silver along all the high edges with scattered handling marks. The stocks are excellent with small chip on right side wrist at frame, usual light impressions and two hairline cracks at face of forearm. Fine action. Bore is bright.
