In 1978, RPM (Rock Pistol Manufacturing) changed the name of this pistol from the Merrill to “XL” in 1985 based in Brea, California but moved the company to Tucson in 1989 so this gun was made between 1985-1989. The slide is blued, the frame is satin stainless and the attached barrel is in the white and threaded at muzzle for attaching break or silencer. Two piece wood grips with thumb rest. Has an adjustable trigger and sports a Leupold scope. CONDITION: Excellent. Shows some handling marks. The barrel is unfinished, not polished, with no markings of any kind. Caliber is stamped on slide. Bore is bright.
