Manufactured by Walther in 1943 in standard configuration. Accompanied by a note from the consignor stating that this pistol and a sword were taken by an American GI, reportedly the first one allowed in by the Russians, from the Fuhrerbunker burn pit in Berlin where Hitler's body was recovered. CONDITION: Relic. Pistol displays a pitted, burned, even dark gray patina. Missing grips and rear sight assembly. An interesting piece.
