The Remington Classic was a limited edition offering of the iconic Remington 700 offered in a different caliber each year between 1981 and 2005. This example is in .35 Whelen, of which 8805 were produced in 1988. With the original factory box with end label correctly identifying this gun by serial number and Remington hangtag affixed to trigger guard. CONDITION: Excellent, NOS or equivalent, and does not appear to have been fired since factory proof. Some discoloration and hardened grease on rings, with some other scattered handling marks. Mechanically fine, bore is good with frosting throughout and strong rifling. Box very good, adhesive on label coming loose.
