Wind-up. Working. Very intricate mechanism which lets you adjust distance and speed. On and off switch. Toy is all wood with a metal rudder. Lady rower has a celluloid head. Original clothing has a hole in the right shoulder and is slightly soiled. Original paddle oars are 6" L. One oar has a repair. Nice and unusual toy.
