This heavy barrel target rifle was built using a 1903 action made in 1934, an era that produced some of the finest 1903's ever made. It is fitted with a 3/4" heavy round barrel with recessed muzzle, two barrel mounted scope blocks and stamped with caliber and RCBS die numbers. Target style custom walnut stock has flat bottom fore-end with lower adjustable rail, plain pistol grip, straight comb, rear swivel and a no slip White Line pad. Rifle sports a Unertl Vulture 10X scope. Scope is mounted to frame and could be switched to use a barrel mounted long scope. The Lyman 48 peep sight base is present but no stem. CONDITION. Excellent. Receiver retains 95% parkerized finish. Blued barrel retains majority of blue with light handling. Stock is excellent with light impressions along with added finish. Bore is bright with crisp action.
