Manufactured 1897. Nice untouched flat side in a great caliber. All standard features include blue finish, round barrel, walnut stock with rifle butt plate, forearm with ebony inset, a flat top rear sight, and blade on base front sight. CONDITION: Excellent. Receiver retains about 60% bright blue blending patina with the factory finish brown serrations. Bolt has 85% blue. Barrel retains majority of blue blending with patina. Razer sharp legends. Stocks are proud to metal with usual scattered minor dings & impressions. The bore is excellent and strong. A far above average flat side in a readily shootable caliber.
