Manufactured in 1949. The original box has a full cover color picture of the rifle and matching number to gun. Included is the original receipt dated 9/6/1950 from Sam's Sporting Goods in Medford Oregon with gun listed by serial number at $82.95. He also purchased three boxes of ammo, a cleaning rod and some patches. The original cleaning rod in tube is in the box as are two safety brochures and one insert. The gun itself is a standard blued finish, round barrel, half tube magazine, hooded ramp front sight , sporting rear, checkered steel butt plate, plain pistol grip walnut stock and matching forearm. CONDITION: Excellent. The stock is excellent with scattered impressions. The frame shows some high edge wear and some handling marks. The barrel has some light muzzle wear and handling. The action is smooth and the bore is strong. The box is intact with loose end aprons. The picture label is excellent and bright. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection
