Manufactured in 1937. This standard grade short rifle features a round barrel, 2/3 magazine, blue finish, ramp front sight, semi buckhorn rear sight, plain pistol grip walnut stock with checkered steel butt plate and matching 9 3/8 forearm. CONDITION: Excellent. Frame retains about 60% bright blue with balance flaked to patina. Barrel and tube show 95% blue with light handling. The Winchester barrel legend is crisp. Wood is excellent and proud to metal with minor impressions. Action is fine. Bore is strong. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
