Manufactured in 1907. Standard features include full length magazine tube, single barrel band with front hanger, post front sight, folding ladder rear sight, saddle ring and stud, and gumwood stock with carbine butt plate and matching forearm. CONDITION: Excellent. Barrel and tube retain at least 85% blue starting to thin in areas with a few age freckles. The left side of receiver retains some blue in ring area but, for the most part, has turned a grey patina with strong blue on bolt and flashes on gate. The stock is excellent, proud to metal, with some usual light dings. Forearm also shows some impressions. The top of barrel Winchester legend is crisp. Has both PW stamps. Fine action with a strong well defined frosted bore. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
