Manufactured in 1887. Round barrel, full tube magazine, blue finish, German silver tip front sight, semi buckhorn rear sight, walnut stock, rifle butt plate, matching forearm. CONDITION: Very good. All metal is a soft homogenous brown patina Two line Winchester barrel legend is sharp. Wood is proud to metal. dings and abrasions. There is a tiny hairline at right wrist and small hole at butt. Bore is well defined but frosted with light abrasion. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
