Manufactured in 1909. Take down frame, full round barrel, half magazine. D.W. KING front sight, Marble's full buckhorn rear sight, blue finish, walnut stock with checkered steel shotgun butt plate and matching forearm. CONDITION: Excellent. Receiver retains about 40% blue with balance drifting grey. Strong nitre blue on loading gate. Bolt retains 50% blue. The barrel and tube retain 95% blue with scattered handling. Strong Winchester two line top of barrel legend. Stock is slightly shy to metal with strong added finish showing scattered dings and impressions. Forearm is a bit lighter in tone. Action is smooth but takedown has some movement. Bore is bright. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr collection.
