Very primitive and folk art-looking. Early 20th century. Made of metal and wood. Comes with a custom-made looking piece of track it sits on. Has moving parts, including cast wheels and wooden brake shoes, which are detached, but present. Intricate pull rod mechanism. Missing one small cast eye hook on one end.
