Manufactured in Italy by Uberti, this rifle has been wonderfully embellished by A&A Engraving for America Remembers, as number 270 of 500 "LEGENDS OF THE OLD WEST" tributes. Both sides of the brilliantly 24k gold plated receiver are emblazoned with portraits of iconic Western figures as well as decorative punch dot shading and line borders. The polished blued octagon barrel is fitted with blade front sight and ladder rear. Full length magazine tube with gold washed plug. Nicely figured gloss finished walnut stocks with gold washed nose cap and crescent rifle butt plate. Complete with factory paperwork. CONDITION: Excellent. Barrel retains virtually all of its lustrous blued finish. Gold plated components are likewise fine and very bright. Stocks have a few mild handling marks. Very fine bore, likely unfired since factory proof. Fine mechanics. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
