Number 23 of 1000 embellished by Mark Armstrong as a tribute to the 1990 Idaho centennial. Rifle features full lustrous gold plated finish. Carbine length barrel with full length magazine retained by a pair of carbine barrel bands, tall blade front sight, and sporting rear. Angle eject receiver engraved on the left with silver details "Celebrate / IDAHO / 1890 - CENTENNIAL - 1990" with open foliates on a punch dot backgrounds. The right side features an outline of the state and banners reading "1890" and "1990 IDAHO" with additional loose foliate scroll. Engine turned bolt and hammer. Stocked in gloss finished walnut with a checkered plastic Winchester butt plate. Complete with box and hang tag. CONDITION: Excellent with only light handling. Very fine bore, likely unfired since factory proofing. Fine mechanics. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
