Matching serial numbers. 1964 double cased set of two factory nickel 2nd generation Colts with walnut grips and Colt silver medallions. Right side of barrel has COLT .45 PEACEMAKER legend. Left side lists names of three founders with PONY EXPRESS PRESENTATION MODEL legend with standard Colt legend on top of barrel and two line patent legend on left side of frame. Each gun comes with two extra non fluted cylinders. One honors the founders while the other notes the Pony Express routes. In total, four extra cylinders. All in one display case and no coin. CONDITION: Everything shows as new with no signs of having been used, just the normal handling marks found on nickel finish guns. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
