LOT OF 4: IMPERIAL KNIFE COMPANY TOOTHPICK AUTOMATIC KNIVES.

Some are photographed on page 78 of "Antique American Switchblades". All of these Toothpick knives are marked "Hammer Brand USA", 1 is marked "IMPERIAL" and measure 4 - 1/4". Each is of the same construction with steel liners but feature different colored celluloid scales with swirl, or candy stripe patterns. All have functioning springs and each exhibit varying degrees of patina. Some are polished. CONDITION: Good. PROVENANCE: From a single consignor life long collection. A great many of these knives were obtained from Mark Erikson and many are pictured in his book "Antique American Switchblades" published in 2004.
