DSP. Maker Marked "I.R. 765." A clean example of this C. 1940's double sided porcelain Clean Rest Rooms sign from Sinclair featuring bright gloss and the company's iconic colors. CONDITION: Side 1 shows good color and gloss in the field with no major detractions. There are two small pings to the porcelain in the white field near the letter "L" in "Clean" and above the letter "S" in "Rest." There are two mounting holes in the upper center of the left and right sides of the sign. They remain clean and undamaged. The outer edges show some very insignificant oxidation staining in the very outer white border (8.9). Side 2 remains just as clean with no porcelain damage to note in the field. The mounting holes on this side show slight evidence of use, but do not detract from the sign remaining exceptionally clean. The color and gloss is bright and vibrant. The outer edges show slight oxidation staining as well in the extreme outer white border (9.0).
Condition: (9.0,9.0).
Item Dimensions: 37.25" X 30".
