This gun comes with original period box with numbered test target, booklet, and a receipt dated 10-19-53 for an Officer's Match front sight blade. This is a 5th issue manufactured 1953, first year of manufacture. Blued and stamped "Officers Model Match" on left side of barrel. Shows the matte finished flat top frame, adjustable rear sight, ramp front sight, wide spur hammer, and fully checkered walnut grips with silver medallions. CONDITION: Excellent. Retains nearly all its blue finish with a light drag line, light face burn, and minor handling marks. Action, grips, and bore are crisp. PROVENANCE: Jim Cyr Collection.
