DSP. Marked "Property of Continental Oil Co. Made in USA." This clean and desirable C. 1930's diecut double sided porcelain sign from Conoco features the iconic company logo and design with outstanding color and gloss. CONDITION: Side 1 shows a clean field with excellent shine. There is one small factory flaw in the porcelain above the second "C" in "Conoco." The outer edges and interior diecut edges show a few isolated areas of porcelain chipping, the worst of which is on the interior edge directly below "Reg. US Pat. Off." (8.75). Side 2 remains similarly clean and glossy with the field being blemish free. The outer and interior edges of the sign show isolated areas of porcelain chipping- the worst of which is a small chip on the red border below the second "C" in "Conoco." The mounting holes are clean with grommets (8.75).
